About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data and Analytics Director to join our team at Datalink Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping our client rebuild their insight function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data-Driven Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive data-driven intelligence strategy to drive business growth and inform key decisions.
  • Embed Data Culture: Foster a culture that values data-driven decision making and commercial acumen, ensuring that data is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Grow and Lead a Team: Build and manage a high-performing team of analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
  • Design and Execute Data Solutions: Design and implement data models, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in data analysis and intelligence, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to design and execute data-driven strategies, with a focus on commercial acumen and data culture.
