Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of planners, architects, and landscape architects in delivering a fully integrated approach to development
  • Guide projects seamlessly from concept to completion
  • Secure planning permissions for challenging sites
  • Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives
Requirements
  • MRTPI qualified
  • 5+ years' post chartered experience in a town planning role within the UK
  • Previous team leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, flexible, proactive, and professional
  • Commercially minded
