Our client's in-house team of planners, architects, and landscape architects work in unison to deliver a fully integrated approach to development, guiding projects seamlessly from concept to completion.

With a strong track record of securing planning permissions for even the most challenging sites, their nationwide portfolio includes a diverse range of projects. These span, but are not limited to, high-end residential developments, commercial and tourism schemes, luxury coastal properties, bespoke homes, and renewable energy developments.

Requirements:

* 5+ years' post chartered experience in a town planning role within the UK
* Organised, flexible, proactive, and professional with a commercially minded approach
* Enthusiastic about leading other professionals within the business
