We are seeking an experienced graduate teacher or lecturer with QTS to lead the co-ordination and management of our Cornwall SCITT programmes. The successful applicant will be responsible for the recruitment, assessment, and accreditation of trainees, ensuring the quality and consistency of the programmes across different routes and participating institutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the co-ordination and management of the Cornwall SCITT programmes
* Recruit, assess, and accredit trainees
* Ensure quality and consistency of programmes across different routes and institutions
* Be accountable for Cornwall SCITT outcomes and quality assurance processes
* Advise on the strategic direction of the programme

Requirements
------------

* Experienced graduate teacher or lecturer with QTS covering the primary or secondary age range
* Ability to adjust teaching style to meet the needs of adults
* Familiarity with the nature, expectations, and routines of school-centred ITT routes
