About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to join our Countermeasure Development team. As a Countermeasure Development Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop our in-house countermeasure simulation software tool, CounterWorX, and work on a wide range of projects that involve the development of countermeasure systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our in-house countermeasure simulation software tool, CounterWorX
  • Design, model, and verify countermeasure techniques across various real-world scenarios
  • Work closely with our software development team to ensure seamless integration of countermeasure systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address customer challenges and requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
Requirements
  • Degree in a STEM subject, ideally in Mathematics, Physics, or Electronics
  • Experience using programming software, such as MATLAB, Simulink, or Python
  • Experience in at least one stage of model development, including design, build, integration, test, and deployment
  • Understanding of mathematics or physics involved in Radar, Electro-Optics, or Infra-Red system operation
