We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Patient Advisor to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention from the moment they enter our clinics.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.

Your day-to-day role will involve:

  • Building rapport with patients and maintaining regular communication prior to and following their treatment
  • Assisting in patient consultations and providing clear explanations of procedures and results
  • Using state-of-the-art equipment to scan patients' eyes as part of a comprehensive health check
  • Supporting patients in completing health questionnaires and ensuring accurate maintenance of patient records
  • Scheduling treatment dates and discussing finance options with patients

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Clear and articulate communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds
  • Motivation and drive to achieve high standards and exceed targets
