Job Title: PT Networker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PT Networker to join our team at Home Instead. As a PT Networker, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community and marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand and grow our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships in the local community to maintain a pipeline of opportunities and grow our network.
- Network face-to-face, by phone, email, and video call with community stakeholders and potential Referral Partners (RPNs) to achieve business objectives.
- Deliver promotional activities to increase awareness of Home Instead's client services and employment opportunities in the local community.
- Build relationships with key RPNs and have regular touchpoints to drive Client and Care Professional enquiries.
- Plan and execute community marketing events, including attending fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the Home Instead brand and raise awareness of our national office marketing campaigns and recruitment initiatives.
- Track and record enquiries and use data to manage and adjust strategy to optimise messaging and education in the community.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in building strong relationships in the local community to achieve business objectives.
- Confident networking face-to-face, by phone, email, and video call with community stakeholders and potential RPNs.
- Good understanding of marketing principles and experience of using a range of marketing and communication approaches.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems and experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms.
- Experience of using data and analytics to make informed business choices.
- Effective interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
