**Learning Specialists Wanted**
MKC Training is seeking two Learning Specialists to design and deliver high-quality virtual and blended learning solutions across a growing commercial training portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver effective, engaging, and innovative virtual and blended learning solutions
- Work with a wide range of people to facilitate learning and development
- Contribute to the development of others and have opportunities for personal growth
Requirements:
- Recognised L&D qualification (level 3 minimum) and substantial experience in designing and delivering learner-centred training
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage senior-level audiences
- Passion for helping others learn and develop
