About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Expert to join our team at MKC Training. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality virtual and blended learning solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct needs analysis and design learner-centric training programs.
  2. Facilitate training sessions both virtually and face-to-face.
  3. Engage with senior level audiences and adapt training to meet modern learners' needs.
  4. Work with MS Office suite and web-based learning collaboration tools.

Requirements:

  1. Recognised L&D qualification (level 3 minimum) and substantial experience in designing and delivering high-quality learner-centred programs.
  2. Passion for helping others learn and develop.
  3. Willingness to travel in the UK for face-to-face training.
