About the Role

Ashoka is seeking a creative and entrepreneurial communications leader to join our Europe team. As a Framework Change Leader, you will be responsible for communicating the new paradigm of changemaking and its importance in today's world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic communications plan to promote the changemaking movement in Europe.
  • Build and maintain relationships with major media organizations to secure partnerships and collaborations.
  • Work with Ashoka's Europe communications and partnerships teams to create a new societal narrative about the importance of changemaking.
  • Recruit and engage with young changemakers to amplify their stories and experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of generating widespread change in an area of focus.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
