Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Professional to join our team at ECL. As a Home Care Professional, you will play a vital role in helping our customers regain their independence and live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing high-quality care and support to customers in their homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
- Helping customers to relearn skills and maintain their independence
- No prior experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
- A full driving licence and access to a car for work-related travel
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A competitive salary of £13.15 per hour, paid weekly
- Double pay on bank holidays
- A £500 new starter bonus*
- Paid mileage allowance of 45p per mile, tax-free
- Up to 32 days annual leave per year, including bank holidays
- Fully paid induction, training, and shadowing
- Annual salary reviews and performance-related bonuses
- Enhanced DBS and renewals paid for
