Chartwells - Independent seeks a highly skilled Culinary Operations Coordinator to oversee all catering and service operations for our team. As a key member of our hospitality and events team, you will be responsible for ensuring impeccable food and customer service standards throughout our venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present delicious food to the highest standards
- Supervise and mentor culinary teams to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement effective kitchen operations to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and exceed expectations
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of two years of catering experience
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving results
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ambitious and motivated individual looking to upskill

Key Responsibilities:
