About the Role

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead our design and build projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing interior design projects from concept development to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain our company's reputation for excellence.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and fostering client relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial design codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to inspire and mentor junior design team members.
  • A portfolio showcasing a successful track record in commercial interior design.
