Senior Interior Designer Opportunity

Mustard | B Corp® is seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join their team of experienced professionals. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions to clients in the D&B workplace and commercial design sector.

About the Role:

  • Lead the design process for projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Design and other team members to develop and implement design strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored design solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suites.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
