About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team at mustard | B Corp. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored design solutions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement design concepts, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our design services.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in conceptual design, technical design, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
