About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Project Designer to join our client's design team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading high-profile projects, collaborating with the Head of Design, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative design concepts for commercial and workplace projects.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality designs, on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage and mentor junior designers to ensure their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer in a D&B consultancy or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suites.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and workplace design principles.
