Job Description:

  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Contracts Manager role within the mechanical engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and building services.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical contracts, particularly in the commercial or industrial sectors.
