Role Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a dynamic management role as the RF Team Leader with The ONE Group Ltd, a world-leading business.

You will be responsible for leading a talented team of RF engineers, remaining hands-on in RF design, and contributing to projects shaping product development.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Mentor: Manage and inspire RF design engineers, allocate resources, set priorities, and support team growth.
  • Innovate & Design: Contribute to RF and baseband circuitry design, ensuring integration with key subsystems and meeting performance standards.
  • Collaborate & Solve: Work collaboratively across multi-discipline teams, conduct design reviews, and support project timelines and technical goals.

Your Skills:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications.
  • Extensive experience in RF design and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience – undertaking people management and mentoring teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
