Job Overview:

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing executive compensation and incentive schemes for top talent. With a clear partner track built into our business plan, there is scope for career progression and professional growth.

You will work closely with our team to identify and develop opportunities that align with our business objectives. As part of a dynamic and growing practice, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of your projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to get involved in day-to-day business development. A 4-day week may be considered for the right individual.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
