Payouts Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Payouts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our new business administration team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our service excellence commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all objectives and KPIs are achieved or exceeded
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality administrative support
- Manage the administrative life cycle of proposals from receipt of enquiry through to completion and pay-out
- Collate all relevant information to assist with the completion of new business proposals
- Produce financial documentation required for customer signature
- Review new business files and progress agreements to pay-out, ensuring they have been processed in line with policies and procedures
- Ensure agreements are uploaded accurately to the Lease Administration System
- Deliver quality work in line with expected departmental standards
- Provide customer-first activities across multiple customer propositions
- Participate in learning and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with current procedures
