Payouts Administrator Role
About the Role
CBC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Payouts Administrator to join our team. As a Payouts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Verification: Verify all incoming documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- CRM System Updates: Update our customer relationship management system with the latest information.
- Commission and Income Calculations: Calculate commissions and other income/rates for our clients.
- Verbal Delivery Checks: Conduct verbal delivery checks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payments.
- Introducer Liaison: Liaise with introducers to resolve queries and issues with documentation.
- Deal Processing: Process deals to funders and chase payment to ensure timely resolution.
- Query Management: Manage queries from 2nd checking to ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
- Attention to Detail: Possess excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial processes.
- Initiative: Be able to work on own initiative to resolve queries and issues.
Work Arrangements
The role can be performed remotely or with one or two days a week in our Reading office. We offer a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.
