About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Payouts Administrator to join our team at CBC Resourcing Solutions. As a Payouts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the processing areas of the customer journey, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed in line with an agreed quality assurance and accreditation framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of our service excellence commitments by providing administrative support across the customer journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage the administrative life cycle of proposals from receipt of enquiry through to completion and pay-out in line with departmental procedures.
- Collate all relevant information to assist with the completion of new business proposals in line with policies and procedures.
- Ensure all objectives and KPIs are achieved or succeeded.
- Be a positive influencer within the team, delivering good behavioral and professional standards in line with the company's values and behavioral framework.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
