Payouts Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Payouts Administrator to join our team at CBC Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our new business administration team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our service excellence commitments.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all objectives and KPIs are achieved or exceeded, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality administrative support, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Manage the administrative life cycle of proposals from receipt of enquiry through to completion and pay-out, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Produce financial documentation required for customer signature, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review new business files and progress agreements to pay-out, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure agreements are uploaded accurately to the Lease Administration System, maintaining data integrity.
- Deliver high-quality work, meeting departmental standards and expectations.
- Provide customer-centric support, ensuring a positive experience across multiple customer propositions.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities, staying up-to-date with current procedures and best practices.
