Peterlee, Durham, United Kingdom Everflow Full time

Everflow is a pioneer in the multi-utility industry, dedicated to making utilities simple and creating jobs that people love. Our mission is to enable businesses to focus on growth, reduce wastage, and contribute to environmental sustainability.

We offer greener, more transparent utility options, delivering an automated, digital-first experience. As a key member of our Operational Automation Team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business processes, reducing inefficiencies, and enhancing efficiency.

Your primary tool will be Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software, including automation of Excel and other business systems. You will report directly to the Operational Automation Team Leader and work closely with other departments to identify broad changes that impact multiple business areas.

The role's scope extends beyond standard automation. You will continue your professional development, learning about enhancing process automation via other associated methods, such as linking to systems through APIs, working with document reading software, and anything else that enables better and more effective automation.

You will develop automations across our utilities, saving costs, and improving customer experiences. Champion operational excellence through RPA and automation, identifying potential improvements to existing business processes and enabling these improvements via automation.

A strong candidate should have proficiency in Blue Prism development, including creating, testing, and deploying automation solutions. Well-developed Excel skills are also essential. A willingness to roll-up sleeves, be flexible, and focused on results is a must.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
