Housekeeping Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeper to lead our team in delivering exceptional cleaning and hygiene standards within our care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of Housekeepers to ensure they are meeting the required standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met and their living environment is comfortable and safe.
- Manage the laundry and facilities operations to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Contribute to the overall success of the care home by participating in quality improvement initiatives and providing feedback to the management team.
