Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Restock amenities and supplies, and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and ensuring their privacy and security.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve cleaning targets and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Person Specification:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
