About the Role:
HotelCare is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team, with a 'can-do' attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
