Account Handler - Telford
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional administrative support to our clients in Telford, working closely with Towergate Insurance Broker.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service by conducting pre-renewal fact finds and negotiating renewal premiums.
- Calculate and deliver renewal premiums, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Secure business renewals and agree payment methods, arranging finance as needed.
- Cross-sell policies and risk management measures, such as Driver Training and Driver CPC courses.
- Meet tight deadlines and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for renewal retention, rate changes, and cross-sell penetration.
Requirements
- A confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with good IT literacy.
- Strong team ethos and a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A-C, including Maths and English, or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, Acturis System, and Excel.
