Senior Finance Business Partner - Operations

About the Role

Elevation Recruitment Group is currently seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join a leading FMCG organisation in the UK. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to the General Manager and site leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership
    • Provide accurate and timely financial input to support business decisions
    • Identify opportunities for business improvement and implement cost control measures
    • Oversee financial aspects of various projects, including capex, and ensure timely and accurate reporting on project financial performance
  • Operational Support
    • Work closely with the General Manager to increase the company's efficiency and deliver optimal performance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall business efficiency
  • Financial Analysis
    • Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving profitability and cost efficiency
    • Review key spend variances on a monthly basis in partnership with the Financial Controller
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Management
    • Provide visible leadership and contribute to the running of the site
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including the site leadership team and budget holders

Requirements

  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified
  • Recent relevant experience in FMCG or manufacturing
  • Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
