Key Responsibilities- Manage customer acquisition marketing for Lakeland across digital and non-digital channels
- Lead digital and non-digital customer acquisition for Lakeland
- Manage third-party contracts, including Google, Microsoft, and digital marketing agencies
- Act as a key liaison across the wider marketing and commercial team
- Manage the customer acquisition team, including two direct reports and agencies for paid acquisition, SEO, and PR
You must have significant experience in customer acquisition, preferably B2C and ideally in a multichannel business with a significant online presence. You'll have demonstrable operational excellence in championing, leading, and supporting change in a dynamic business.
You'll have proven experience in developing and articulating a strategic plan for a customer acquisition team, as well as clearly translating it into an executable operational roadmap. You'll be experienced in leading and managing a team to deliver against the plan created.
You'll also have experience managing campaigns across paid activities in the Google and Bing Advertising Suites, as well as delivering paid social campaigns and managing affiliate programs.
You'll possess strong Excel skills and experience developing reporting suites, as well as general computer literacy. You'll have 3rd-party relationship management experience, ideally with media agencies, and experience with digital analytics tools.
You'll be commercially astute and possess strong analytical skills, able to make sense of complex problems quickly and turn data into simple actions. You'll have an advanced level of numeracy with a strong attention to detail.
You'll be extremely well-organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to plan and juggle multiple concurrent timelines in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a strong self-starter, intellectually curious with a can-do attitude.
You'll be able to build and nurture positive relationships with key stakeholders across the business, influencing, collaborating, and positively disrupting to deliver a step change in performance. You'll be a team player, able to collaborate with others while positively challenging and welcoming feedback to drive self-improvement.
