Customer Acquisition Manager

About the Role
This is a key position within the Lakeland Commercial Team, focusing on shaping the future of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer acquisition marketing across digital and non-digital channels, prioritizing profitable customer acquisition in line with acquisition marketing plans and KPIs.
The role will lead digital and non-digital customer acquisition for Lakeland, with a focus on managing Paid Search, Programmatic, Affiliates, Paid Social, and driving the organic search agenda. The Customer Acquisition Manager will also manage third-party contracts, including Google, Microsoft, and Digital Marketing agencies.
About You
You must have significant experience in customer acquisition, preferably B2C and ideally in a multichannel business with a significant online presence. You'll have demonstrable operational excellence in championing, leading, and supporting change in a dynamic business.
You'll be experienced in developing and articulating a strategic plan for a customer acquisition team, as well as clearly translating it into an executable operational roadmap. You'll also have experience in leading and managing a team to deliver against the plan created.
