Support Care Professional

We are seeking a Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health conditions in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Supporting adults with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility
- Engaging individuals in meaningful activities, promoting social interaction and community integration
- Managing medication, administering first aid, and responding to emergencies
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when interacting with vulnerable individuals
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
- A good general education, preferably with relevant qualifications
- Previous experience in social care, ideally within adult services
