We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our team of Professional Premier Community Carers. As a Home Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Your day-to-day tasks will include making visits to clients using your own vehicle, helping them achieve their desired outcomes, and assisting with personal care. You will also be responsible for cooking and serving meals, administering medications, and supporting with daily living activities. To record your visits accurately, you will utilize our digital care planning system.

Requirements
