The estimated salary for this role is £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience. This translates to approximately £50,000-£60,000 per year, based on 20 hours of work per week.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced English tutor to work with primary and secondary pupils in the Hucknall area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching, SEN support, or tutoring. They will be responsible for developing tailored learning plans, working one-to-one with children, and ensuring they access the learning materials. This role involves supporting children with various needs, including ASD, SEMH, and PMLD.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need:
  • SEN experience as a teaching assistant, one-to-one, or any other capacity.
  • Able to apply skills to raise pupils' confidence and learning.
  • Experience working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour.
  • Familiarity with developing resources around child needs and focusing on English knowledge development.
