Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at Inplace Personnel Services Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a number of processes in a multi-skilled cell, adhering to health and safety policies, and working towards quality procedures. They will also be required to support cost reduction initiatives, work on process improvements, and assist in resolving technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating shot blasting process and cleaning parts using approved techniques
  • Loading HCF dies and operating machinery
  • Implementing quality procedures and supporting production
  • Assisting in resolving technical problems and improving processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in cellular production line
  • Knowledge of shot blasting process, cleaning techniques, and HCF die loading
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Flexibility to work a multi-shift pattern

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous Aerospace experience
  • Previous chemical process line experience
