Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to provide administrative support to our team at Fabric Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data and reporting, assisting with client onboarding, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile reports and analyse data for insights
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones and responding to emails

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Analytical abilities to extract insights from data
  • Professionalism, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in an operational administration role, ideally within the manufacturing or logistics sector

Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience
