Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team as a leader in animal healthcare. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our patients and supporting the growth of our practice.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week over four days plus 1:3 half weekends. We welcome part-time applications and are open to being flexible where possible.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of clinical excellence and experience in supporting nurse consults and scheduling procedures. They will also possess excellent coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to get the best out of every colleague.
What You Will Be Doing- Deliver professional excellence, observing the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
- Pro-actively support and share clinical best practice within and across practices and the wider Medivet community.
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Experience of supporting nurse consults and scheduling procedures, with an understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance and efficiency.
- Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
