In this role you will:
- Triage the impact of any emergency appointments, contacting clients to arrange an alternative appointment where necessary.

- Process any repeat prescription order requests.
- Be an advocate of the Medivet Healthcare Plan, and complete relevant sign-up documentation with clients.
- Ensure online practice information is up to date, with accurate opening hours and current colleagues.
**Your Skills and Experience**
- Excellent client facing and reception skills.
- Experience of working as part of a team and building positive working relationships.
- Client care skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and be diplomatic when needed.
- Able to prioritise a range of tasks and own workload.
- Good numeracy skills, with the ability to manage payments and cash up.
