We are recruiting for a Care Development Assistant to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs. As a Care Development Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support tailored to individuals' needs, empowering them to achieve their goals and live fulfilled lives.

The successful candidate will possess good communication skills, honesty, reliability, and a commitment to the aims and objectives of Ivolve Group. Previous experience within social care settings is desirable but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 - £11.70 per hour, depending on qualifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 5.6 weeks annual leave, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career progression.
