About the Role:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Residential Care Manager to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and management to staff to ensure the highest standards of care and support for our service users. They will have a strong track record in residential care and hold a Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential or equivalent, as well as a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (Children's and Young People's Service).

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to promote the welfare and well-being of service users
* Provide training and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Ensure compliance with Quality Standards and Children's Homes regulations
