Support Services Professional

As a Support Services Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to adults with various needs, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. This role requires a caring and empathetic individual who can build strong relationships with service users and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centered care, prioritizing the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing evaluation and improvement of care services.
- A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in social care or related field (desirable).
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant sector (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
