Account Manager/Scheduler

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am -5pm (office Based)

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager to provide support to our clients with scheduling and customer services. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking facilities management work/tasks for the field team, liaising with clients/operatives, and scheduling engineers/cleaners to attend client sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate facilities management work/tasks for the field team
  • Liaise with clients and operatives to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Schedule engineers/cleaners to attend client sites
  • Prepare and submit post-clean reports
  • Complete invoicing spreadsheets
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing
  • Provide high levels of customer service, responding to calls from clients, customers, and the field team
  • Handle client complaints in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Previous office experience in customer service or administration
  • Scheduling experience is an advantage
  • Good clear telephone voice
  • Ability to work on own initiative and self-manage/support others
  • Methodical and organized approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
