We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our team at Stratstone Porsche Centre in Sutton Coldfield. As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while building outstanding customer relationships and achieving a 5-star CSI performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
- Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
- Work under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
- Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to develop them
What We Offer
As a Business Manager with Stratstone, you will enjoy a competitive basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £60,000, company car, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
