Partner with a global team of experts to tailor multinational insurance programs, including issuing timely policies, providing regulatory advice, sharing local knowledge, and deploying large, fronted limits.

Key responsibilities:

This role provides a single point of accountability for AIG's Global Network and Network Partner related reinsurance arrangements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and managing AIG's Multinational Consolidated Reinsurance Schematic, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and connectivity with relevant systems and functions.
  • Managing and rationalizing AIG's Network reinsurer registrations.
  • Rationalizing and administering Network Partner Reinsurance related signing requirements on behalf of AIG UK in support of multinational business.
  • Reviewing, maintaining, and administering automated Facultative Certificate processes supporting multinational business.
  • Analyzing the impact of local insurance and reinsurance regulatory and operational changes on Multinational programs across the AIG global network.
  • Acting as AIG Network Reinsurance SME, providing input to discussions around Multinational Reinsurance models.
  • Supporting Intercompany Reinsurance Team in annual drafting, execution, operationalization, and management of Standardized Quota Share Treaties, Standalone Multinational Treaties, and Compulsory local reinsurance/retrocessions.
  • Oversight of Tata AIG (India) Producing Office Reinsurance.
  • Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities for existing processes.

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to design and implement efficient solutions to complex reinsurance issues.
