We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at HF Holidays. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing and serving meals
- Plan and execute menus in advance, taking into account guest preferences and dietary requirements
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends
About You:
- Experience of working in a busy kitchen environment
- Awareness of health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene
- NVQ 3 in professional cooking or willingness to work towards one
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues
