Our CFO Advisory practice is seeking experienced Finance Transformation Managers and Senior Managers to join our team.

Our CFO Advisory capability combines technical accounting, consulting, and industry expertise to focus on our clients' most strategic finance priorities. We act as an impartial, critical friend to CFOs, helping them address challenges and respond to opportunities around business integration, performance, and sustainability across all industry groups.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify business efficiencies and opportunities by reviewing operating models, technology, and change strategies, including: Operating Model Transformation Technology, Data & ERP Strategy People, Talent & Change Enable data-driven decisions to add value and drive enterprise performance across the organization, including: Business Insights Integrated Planning Forecasting & Scenario Modelling Embed sustainability into finance, respond to regulatory requirements, and anticipate consumer and investor sentiment, including: Investor Relations & Financing Carbon Budgeting Disclosures

Technology-driven finance transformation EPM processes and tools End-to-end finance process improvement and automation Requirements:
You will be a passionate and curious finance professional with a background in consultancy, serving FS and non-FS clients Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with experience working well in teams Strong understanding of finance transformation projects, with project/programme experience across the full project lifecycle and the ability to take ownership, provide a point of view, and deliver results in a challenging, client-facing environment Tier 1 ERP experience, with knowledge of what good looks like What a career at Baringa will give you:
