Finance Transformation Manager

At EY, we're seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to join our Finance Business Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering Finance Transformation programs across various Financial Services organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of Finance Transformation programs, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and controls documentation.
  • Develop and implement business design solutions that drive automation, standardization, and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement Finance Transformation programs that meet client needs.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Finance Transformation, including business design, organizational design, and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Finance Technology applications and a commitment to quality delivery.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, with the ability to create engaging presentations and reports.
