We are seeking a seasoned Finance Transformation Manager to join our team at TriSearch, a leading Private Equity consulting firm. As a key member of our Finance Transformation practice, you will work closely with our clients to drive strategic finance transformations and maximize value creation opportunities.

With a strong background in finance and private equity, you will bring deep expertise in financial business processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and FP&A. Your experience in designing and implementing strategies, processes, and technology to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit/shareholder value will be invaluable to our clients.

As a Finance Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and recommending change management processes to drive finance-led transformations
  • Leading practices to engagements, bringing deep financial expertise and strong experience
  • Managing multiple client engagements, ensuring projects are on track, and managing client expectations
  • Interacting and building relationships with C-level personnel at portfolio companies and Private Equity sponsors
  • Assisting in growing the firm by identifying and driving business development activities
