Pro-Finance is seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation and Transition Manager to lead the transfer of finance activities for a centre of excellence and drive the associated finance transformation.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive change map outlining activities, timelines, dependencies, and resources required to transition finance activities from current to target state, gaining alignment and buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Lead the execution of the change plan, managing activities, issues, and mitigating risks to ensure delivery to time and budget.
- Develop and manage change management and communication strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
- Communicate transition plans, progress updates, and key milestones to stakeholders.
- Address stakeholder concerns and resistance to change.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners to identify areas for process optimisation and effectiveness.
- Partner with IT to ensure integration of technology solutions to support the transition and explore solutions to automate manual processes, improve data accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making within Finance.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the transition activities.
- Provide regular dashboards and reporting of performance against targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to complete post-implementation reviews and lessons learned.
- Proven experience in leading complex transition and transformation initiatives within Finance, and across a multi-national and shared services environment.
- Track-record of developing and executing comprehensive transition plans.
- Track-record of leading and motivating teams to drive change.
- Experience in integrating technology solutions to support finance transformation objectives.
- Track-record in facilitating change management strategies.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and best practices.
- Strong experience of process optimisation, standardization, and automation.
- Strong experience in change management methodologies and tools.
- Proven track record in driving cultural change and building a change-ready organisation.
