Finance Transformation Manager Job Description

Stanton House is seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Manager to lead a range of projects aligned to a wider Finance Target Operating Model.

Role: Finance Project Manager (AP/Supply Chain)

Contract: 6 months initially

Location: 3 days a week in Greater London (North London)

We are looking for a strong Finance Project Manager to take a hands-on approach to drive/lead various different projects as part of our wider Finance TOM. This role requires you to be the link between the SI, 3rd party and in-house technical teams and the business, ensuring the project is delivered to time, cost and quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement complex Finance Transformation projects across multiple areas/entities within a Finance Transformation remit
  • Drive finance change within ambiguous, immature environments
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including 3rd party suppliers, technical teams and key business stakeholders
  • Ensure effective communication and engagement with the business to bring them along for the journey

Requirements:

  • Strong general Finance Transformation Project Management experience
  • Hands-on experience delivering finance change within ambiguous, immature environments
  • Ability to do whatever is necessary to get the projects over the line
  • Strong stakeholder management and communications skills

This is a 6 month initial FTC contract, with 3 days a week travel into a North London office. If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, please apply.
